Our nationally accredited Safe Working at Height training courses are designed for persons who are required to work at height. Participants will develop skills to select height safety equipment and apply it to specific tasks. Training covers how to work in accordance with Height Safety Regulations, Australian Standards and relevant codes of practice.

Participants will have an understanding of Risk Assessment procedures and permits to work at height. They will also undergo practical instruction in the correct use of height safety equipment.

Our nationally accredited Workplace First Response Fire Training Course will ensure that all of your employees are suitably trained in the safe use of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Blankets. This training course includes both a theory and a practical component to ensure that your employees can safely handle workplace emergencies.

To ensure maximum benefit; this training course should be conducted with Fire Warden and Evacuation Training on the same day. Our nationally accredited Fire Warden Training program will equip your personnel with the skills required to safely evacuate your workplace. Regular evacuation training will ensure that your personnel are ready to deal with any workplace emergency. Emergencies covered include Fires, Bomb threats, Chemical Incidents and Terrorism.

Our Fire and Safety Trainers can also be booked to act as observers / instructors during your Building Evacuation drills. We will prepare a written report after your drill has finished highlighting suggested areas of improvement.

Our nationally accredited Chief Fire Warden training course is designed for persons who are required to perform the role of Chief or Deputy Chief Fire Warden at your workplace. Participants will develop skills to ascertain the extent of onsite workplace emergencies and supervise evacuation of the workplace. Particular attention will be placed on meeting the requirements of Australian Standard 3745-2002 Emergency Control Organization and procedures for buildings, structures and workplaces and how it applies to all workplaces.

Course Outline:

Our nationally accredited Breathing Apparatus Training courses are designed for employees who may be required to utilise Breathing Apparatus Equipment.. Participants will wear Breathing Apparatus and be taught operating procedures.

Participants who attend this course will observe a high emphasis on safety and emergency procedures. This course will be tailored to your specific type of Breathing Apparatus. i.e. Escape type Breathing Apparatus, Airline Breathing Apparatus or Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).

This course is only taught by experienced emergency services personnel. An annual 3 Hour Breathing Apparatus Refresher Training Course is also offered as it is a requirement under Australian Standard 1715.

This course can be tailored to suit your company's specific training requirements. Breathing Apparatus, Confined Space Rescue and CPR Training can also be completed in conjunction with this training course. Our nationally accredited Training course is specifically designed for personnel who work around Confined Space but will not be required to enter Confined Spaces or act as a ‘Standby Person’. Managers and supervisors of personnel who enter Confined Spaces should complete this training course to ensure the safety of confined space workers under their control.

By law Confined Space Entry Permits are required for all entries into confined spaces. To ensure that employee's are working safely and in accordance with Australian Standards and Safety Regulations, managers and supervisors should have an awareness of confined spaces.

This training course focuses on the safety and regulatory management of workers in confined spaces. It instructs participants in Hazard Identification, Risk management, permit issuing and Confined Space Entry Safe Working Procedures.

This course can be tailored to suit your company's specific training requirements. Breathing Apparatus Training can also be completed in conjunction with this training course as can a CPR Refresher. This Course has a large focus on safety procedures and practical scenarios relevant to your company's confined space operations.
